AN IDEAL CASE TO REVIEW THE RULES OF QUORUM AND MAJORITY TO DECIDE IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE NATION'S SUPREME JUSTICE

This article takes a recent Supreme Court case which looks like quorum and majority to decide´s rules were not fulfilled. Its objective is to remember the concepts of: quorum, absolute majority, relative majority, majority to decide, comparing the rules for the Supreme Court of the United States with the rules for the argentinian Supreme Court, and make a brief analysis about the pros and cons of the Argentinian system. Then, it is explained the rules for con-judges. Finally, it is argue the validity of this sentence sustained on terminological differences, with a critic about the words some justices used.
