Abstract

The effectiveness and implementation of consumer and user protection rules has been an incessant concern of legal operators. Through these lines we will try to provide new guidelines or tools to be used in this sense, seeking in the first place a necessary interaction between the powers of the State to, subsequently, try to open that dialogue or interaction to third parties, especially intermediate entities or the suppliers themselves, through guidelines such as the protection of competition.
