VULNERABILITY AND ACCESS TO JUSTICE: THE SITUATIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES OF WOMEN VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN ARGENTINA

Abstract

The article seeks to deepen the study of situational circumstances and their relationship with access to justice for women victims of domestic violence. The objective of the development of the work is to analyze the current national and international regulations on Human Rights for the protection of women victims of domestic violence and the impact of the situational circumstances of poverty, gender and violence on the right of access to justice. in the women. The methodology that will be used will be qualitative, it will work with the empirical and interpretive hermeneutical analysis and the analysis-synthesis of the situational circumstances present in the access to justice of women victims of violence. Inequalities in the exercise of the right of access to justice by women victims of domestic violence due to the presence of situational circumstances condition their legal empowerment and hinder the exercise of fundamental rights in conditions of parity with men.
