The work analyzes democratic principles, such as alternation in power and the periodicity of mandates, through the study of cases in which the Supreme Court suspended elections in the provinces of San Juan and Tucumán. It examines the competence of the Supreme Court, judicial control in electoral matters, and local public law, highlighting the role of citizens in today's society, whose participation and commitment constitute the very essence of the form of government we adopt to live in our country.
