Podr\u00e1 evaluar los aspectos nutricionales, toxicol\u00f3gicos y tecnol\u00f3gicos\u00a0relacionados con la elaboraci\u00f3n de los alimentos, su almacenamiento, transporte y comercializaci\u00f3n.
