Abstract

With the use of the ruling protocol of the Supreme Court of Justice of Tucumán, as a result of the accelerated digitalization in which the Judiciary was immersed, I seek to build data on the work of the court, which I consider relevant. How many sentences are accessible? Are there branches of law outside of transparency? Why? How many sentences does the court dictate in the year? Where do the cases that come to the court come from? What are the most populous forums? How many judgments are complex? How many cassations did the court resolve in the year? How many complaints do the court actually open? Does Agreement 1498/18 influence access via complaint to the court? What is the fate of appeals against judgments of the court that it resolves itself? What fate befell the extraordinary federal resources in the Tucuman court? Do the court grant them? These are some of the questions that we want to shed light on, but, as a regular litigator of the forum due to my public function, I believe that perhaps the most relevant are those that have to do with the times in which the court passes sentence. Do the court meet legal deadlines? In what cases? In what cases not? For how long is it exceeded? The conclusions should only be seen as starting points for a deeper investigation of the issues analyzed, but always based on data, empirical information and not on speculations or hunches, so ready to govern public management.
